About the Position
As a Video Designer on our team, you will need to conceptualize, create, and edit video content for the social media accounts of our clients. This can include animations, motion graphics, engaging text, and audio. You may also have a small portion of your work include static graphic content such as posters. Each piece needs to be adapted to the clients' style and requirements. Your ability to meet deadlines and multi-task will be tested. The scope of the work includes the timely completion of deliverables, as well as the ability to make changes based on client or team feedback.

The Essentials
? You are a talented digital designer, with an eye for what looks great and what doesn’t.
? You have demonstrated the ability to work with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After
Effects, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Photoshop. Other related software are a plus.
? You are a clear, professional communicator.
? You are committed to collaboration and teamwork.
? You can e?ciently manage time, prioritize work?ow, and deliver work on time.

Main Responsibilities
? Create engaging and eye-catching videos based on the design needs of our clients.
? Occasionally produce visually appealing static graphic content for social media posts. ? Take client/team feedback on designs and incorporate them to improve ?nal content.

Requirements
? You are adept with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
? You are able to create visually appealing and engaging video content from scratch.
? You are familiar with motion graphics and animation techniques.
? You have knowledge of video optimization techniques for different social platforms.
? You have a portfolio of design work to provide for us to evaluate.
? You have a basic understanding of social media.
? You are physically in Shanghai and can work full-time in our o?ce.
